Dantes death

In 'Dantes Dead'the two leaders of the French Revolution, Danton and Robespierre are opponents. Once they aimed the same ideals. But now Robespiere tries to realise democracy with violence, while Danton tries to show him the consequences of this reign of terror. Dantons death is also about people who try to say alive in a most uncertain society. Above the audience and the actors there is a ceiling of hanging wine glasses. Now and then a glass drops from the ceiling. In this way the fear for the arbitrary killings is made tangible.
