The Heritage
Design of scenery and costumes of 'The Heritage' van B.M. Koltès, Director Victoria Meirik, opening night november 5, 1999.
In 'The Heritage' it comes to a confrontation between mother and son, his girlfriend, the servant and the friend of the family, after the death of the father. The pile of moving boxes with secrets, memories and history form together the heritage and at the same time they provide protection against the threatening outside world. Red threads like spider’s webs are stretched around the chairs and throughout the space.
